Ticket officeFamilies – important information
Due to concern for safety and comfort during the tour, access to the cave is not recommended for children aged under 3. However, the Galerie Méditerranée, the amphitheatre, the Centre Cassidain de Plongée (diving centre), and the ‘Le France’ café are open to everyone.
Pushchairs, bulky items, luggage, and headsets
To ensure the safety of visitors when boarding the exploratory vehicles, these objects are not allowed in the venue. There is a free left-luggage office. Please ask about this service in the reception area. Opt for baby carriers during your tour.
Accessibility for people with reduced mobility
